The Scouts meet as a troop on Monday nights in the Shoreview Community Center from 7:00 to 8:15 pm. The troop typically meets three Monday nights per month and the junior leaders of the troop meet one additional Monday night each month.
Troop 609 has a committee of adults which is scheduled to meet once per month on a Monday night during the same time as the Scouts’ meeting.
The Slice of Shoreview is an annual festival held to celebrate life in Shoreview, Minnesota. Now in its 13th year, the "Slice", as it has come to be known, takes place over the last weekend of July and incorporates a wide variety of family-oriented activities.
